Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. Further markets follow.

Delivery is free on orders over €150. Below that, a flat €9 rate applies.

Made-to-order tailoring is dispatched once production is complete. Your production window is confirmed on your order confirmation, and tracking appears in your account as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, open a claim from your account. UNSTRCT handles the carrier investigation on your behalf.
