Made-to-order & Returns

Every UNSTRCT suit is cut and assembled specifically to the measurements you confirm in UNSTRCT FIT. Production only begins after your fit is validated and your payment is verified.

Because each garment is personalised, the standard change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply once production has started. You are always asked to review and explicitly confirm your fit before that point.

If you spot an error in your fit, contact us immediately. Where production has not yet started we correct the file at no cost.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. If a garment arrives damaged, defective or does not conform to your order confirmation, we repair, remake or refund it.
